Alcyon was born in the Îles de la Madeleine from a simple idea: salt is the foundation of every kitchen, and yet it almost always comes from elsewhere. We wanted a salt from here, and we developed it in the kitchen, with chefs, so it delivers on its promise as much at home as at service.
